Friends of Kingscote Park

Who are we... ?

The ‘Friends of Kingscote Park’ was formed in 2004. The group meets once a month, and it’s here that consultation occurs between the public and the local authority on how and where improvements are made. Some of the developments taken place include

• New bins (including dog bins)

• New playground furniture with additional pieces planned for the future are now in place.

• Increased mowing of the grass and weeding.

Big thank you to local authority for making Kingscote Park their first community volunteer scheme in November 2017.

What our visitors say:

We hired a room here for an evening meeting in order to talk to local residents about issues with their leasehold properties. The house was the perfect venue. It was homely, which made our guests feel relaxed and the manager of the house, Pete, was so helpful right from the start of the booking process. Pete greeted us at the house with a warm welcome and even went out of his way to help us get back to the station for our journey home. Great venue and lovely staff, it was a pleasure to use this venue.
